• Home Comfort, Safety, & Energy Audit Rebates
  Have your home's energy use evaluated by a
  SECCO Home Services Home Energy Expert and receive up to $250 in rebates from PPL Electric Utilities. Rebates are limited to the first 5,000 PPL Electric Utilities customers who act quickly.
  
• Home Comfort, Safety, & Energy Audits
  SECCO Home Services provides you with a detailed view of how your home uses - and loses - energy. We then identify where money is being wasted and establish priorities for home improvements. The Home Energy Expert will check your insulation, heating and cooling system, lighting, carbon monoxide levels, and FREE Thermal Imaging.
• Energy Conservation
  SECCO Home Services will help you save money by improving energy efficiency in areas such as lighting, heating and cooling systems, information and home control systems.
• Energy Consulting
  Our energy experts can prepare requests for proposals; prepare, design, and build specifications; provide analysis for home envelopes; and provide a full range of

• PPL Requirements
  
  • Single-family homeowners must be a PPL Electric Utilities residential customer to receive a rebate and must reside in the home.
  • Audits must be performed by a certified Building Performance Institute building analyst located in
    PPL Electric Utilities service territory.
  • Rebates of $250 are available for customers with permanently installed electric heat. Homeowners using other fuels for primary heating can receive a $100 rebate or more.
