Planned Maintenance Agreement

What is Planned Maintenance?

A yearly maintenance agreement on your heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment
(humidifier, air cleaner, Central Air Purifier)
We check the thermostat and overall operation of the unit. The items checked
change depending on what tpe of system you have.

Why do I need a Planned Maintenance Agreement?

With a yearly maintenance agreement we can spot the small problems
before they become big problems. Saving you money!
You will have documentation of maintenance on the equipment in
your home in case you decide to sell the home.
If you do sell your home the remaining visits can be transferred to the new homeowner.
Regular maintenance improves the systems efficiency --Saves on utility overpayments.
If you have a warranty on your equipment you may be required to have routine maintenance
on your equipment to keep the warranty valid.
