change depending on what tpe of system you have.

- You will have documentation of maintenance on the equipment in
your home in case you decide to sell the home.
- If you do sell your home the remaining visits can be transferred to the new homeowner.
- Regular maintenance improves the systems efficiency --Saves on utility overpayments.
- If you have a warranty on your equipment you may be required to
have routine maintenance
on your equipment to keep the warranty valid.
