* By placing this order from our secure shopping cart you are agreeing to give SECCO Home Services the authority to bill your credit card based on the options you choose in the PM Renewal Form above.
**Monthly ARB Payment Plan Terms:
If you choose the Monthly Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) payment terms, your credit card will continue to be billed each month based on the total monthly price for all the options you choose in your PM Renewal Form, and your PM Agreement will be automatically renewed each year. Your PM Agreement and the authority you give us to charge your credit card will remain in effect until you terminate the PM Agreement.**** We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days and we’ll notify you when the automatic withdrawals will stop.
*** Annual Payment Terms:
If you choose the Annual Payment Terms your credit card will be billed only once for the full amount of your one year PM Agreement. Your Annual PM Agreement will not be automatically renewed at the end of the 1 year term. A renewal form will be mailed to you prior to the expiration of your existing agreement.
