A: The monthly pay plan is perpetual, until you tell us to STOP.

A: Your monthly billing is always billed on the 10th of each month.

If you are a Plus or x2 member you can use your Rainy Day Rewards Points towards repairs in your home.

Q: Do I still pay a dispatch fee?
A: YES, the dispatch fee is always applied if you are a XCS Annual, Plus, and x2 member. The current dispatch fee is never waived.

Q: Are the XCS & PM programs the same?
A: No, XCS provides you discounts, extended warranties, priority status, and PM's are strictly routine visits on your heating and cooling equipment.
Q: Can XCS points be used on my Planned Maintenance?
A: No, extreme customer service points are used on XCS memberships and Planned Maintenance is used for the PM agreements. There is no cross use of either types of points at any time.
